Atkins Diet Menu Plan
Breakfast
1 cup ham
3 eggs
red chilli powder
Slice the ham in to small stips, and in a thick based frying pan, brown it in some butter.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and them add to the pan and scramble. Add 1/4 of a cup of shredded cheddar.
Flavour with chilli powder
Lunch
Luncheon pinwheels
(Wrap slices of turkey, ham, chicken, salami, pastrami, or beef etc. around sticks of hard or cream cheese and cut into bite-size pieces)
2 Cups salad greens
2T Ranch dressing
Dinner
Creamy Almond Chicken
1c Broccoli
1c salad greens
1T Dressing of Choice
